Adventures by Disney is Disney’s luxury package tour business. Guests of Adventures by Disney travel in small groups limited to 40 participants, and are led by two Disney-trained Adventure Guides. Each adventure is filled with immersive, interactive experiences you might never have tried if you were traveling on your own. Local experts provide authenticity and character by sharing knowledge and stories. All of Adventures by Disney’s itineraries are designed around family fun. When a tour includes an experience that might not appeal to children, Disney will often offer a supervised experience that the kids can do separately. (Adventures by Disney recommends that participating children be age 6 years or older.) There are a few adults-only departures each season that forgo the extra kids’ activities.

Listed below are any Adventures by Disney discounts that are currently available. While discounts on Adventures by Disney vacations are not common, there are ways to save, plus occasional “extras” that are worthwhile. You’ll also find useful details and links below to more information about these adventures.

You can expect impeccable service as well as a few surprises on an Adventure by Disney trip. Travel, activities and scheduled meals during your adventure are planned. Luggage is handled for you and hotel check-ins are pre-arranged. Many of the tours and experiences are not available to the general public, such as after-hours museum visits or special exclusive tours to areas that are usually off-limits. The accommodations and food are first-class; it’s a premium family tour experience in all respects. Adventures by Disney also offers Private Adventures, which can be booked for up to 12 friends and family members. Private Adventures feature many of the highlights from Adventures by Disney guided group tours, combined with unique experiences specially designed for a smaller group. Based on the itinerary, you will either have one local Private Adventure Guide who will be assigned to you for the entirety of your trip, or a different local Private Adventure Guide that will be assigned to you for each destination city. Booking dates are flexible, pending the seasonality of certain destinations, and there is no minimum travel age for most itineraries. There may be some activities within a Private Adventure vacation that a child may not be able to join based on age; when that happens Adventures by Disney will do their best to provide an alternate activity. There are itineraries available in 11 different countries.

Costco Member Rebates

Costco members can get rebates on Adventures by Disney packages, which are made in the form of a Costco gift card. When you call Costco Travel to book Adventures by Disney, they actually just transfer you to the Adventures by Disney reservations center to do the actual booking. The Disney reps are pleasant, but it’s not nearly the same level of knowledge and service you get from an excellent, dedicated travel agent.

Group Rates

For select destinations and dates, Disney may offer special group rates if you have 15 or more people traveling together. Group rates are available only to select destinations, and only for a few select departure dates.

2025 Adventures by Disney Season

2025 Adventures by Disney land itineraries went on sale to Adventure by Disney Insiders who have taken 3 or more adventures on May 7, 2024; all Adventures by Disney Insiders on May 8, 2024; DVC Members, Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club Members, Club 33 members and Golden Oak residents on May 9, 2024; and to everyone else on May 10, 2024.

New for 2025, Adventures by Disney will offer a reimagined Central Europe itinerary highlighting Prague, Salzburg and Vienna.

Adventures by Disney Short Escapes are shorter itineraries that can be booked as standalone getaways or as add-ons to other vacation plans. Adventures by Disney also offers Small Ship Adventures. You can read more about the Small Ship Adventures below.

2025 Adventures by Disney Small Ship Adventures

The 2025 Adventures by Disney Small Ship Adventures went on sale to Adventure by Disney guests who have taken 3 or more adventures on January 16, 2024; all previous Adventures by Disney guests on January 17, 2024; DVC Members, Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club Members and Golden Oak residents on January 18, 2024; and to everyone else on January 19, 2024.

New for 2025, there will be a 7-night Holland & Belgium River Cruise and a 7-night Holland & Belgium: Tulip Season Cruise. The Holland & Belgium itinerary includes time in Amsterdam; a Kinderdijk canal and windmill bike ride; a Rotterdam City Market tour; and several tours and activities to choose from in Ghent, Brussels, Antwerp and Delft. There will be 4 departures, including one adult-only trip on September 6, 2025. The Tulip Season itinerary will be offered on April 13-20, 2025 only (during tulip season), and include a similar itinerary as the regular Holland & Belgium trip, but also visit the Hoorn Tulip & Bulb Fields; the Floralia Flower Exhibition at Grand Bigard Castle; and the Keukenhof Gardens.  

Special itineraries offered are Rhine River Cruise: Christmas Market, Danube River Cruise: Christmas Market and Danube River Cruise: Magical Holidays. Special adult-only itineraries offered are Danube River Cruise: Oktoberfest and the Rhine River Cruise: Food & Wine.

Adventures by Disney Cruise Packages

Adventures by Disney now offers Cruise Package on select Disney Cruise line sailings. The Adventures by Disney Cruise Packages include 2 Adventures by Disney guides available onboard and in port; special VIP privileges; private onboard receptions; unique onshore activities; early debarkation at each port; all meals, snacks and water while in port; a photo CD with all ship photographer pictures, all Adventures by Disney guide photos and an Adventures by Disney slideshow.
